Quantum Marketing asked Trailblaze to strengthen its technology as the agency grew. The aim was to protect information and make everyday work smoother, without getting in the way of creative teams.
The challenge
With around 40 people using both Mac and Windows devices, Quantum needed more consistent protection and reliable management of Google Workspace. Its server, storage and network security also needed attention.
What we did
We assessed the existing environment, improved safeguards across both device platforms and took on Google Workspace administration and user support. We also refreshed the server, storage and network security setup.
The result
Quantum now has a more joined-up working environment, strengthened protection for business information and a continuing IT support relationship.
